Focus and Scope Jurnal ABDI, the journal was established under the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, publishes articles twice a year every January and June. The journal plays a significant role to disseminate information gathered from community services conducted by educators around the world involving educators from universities, schools, and other institutions. Journal Abdi mainly focuses on the main problems in the community services areas as follows but not limited to Community Services, Engagement, and Empowerment. Student Community Services. Education for Sustainable Development. Peer Review Process Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Initial Review processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to the peer reviewers who are media in their fields and will go to the next selection by Double-Blind Peer Review Process. After that, the articles will be returned to the authors to revise. These processes take a month (four weeks) for a maximum time. In each manuscript, peer reviewer will be rated from the substantial and technical aspects.  The article could be accepted without revision, accepted with minor or major revision, and rejected. The peer review result will be notified to the authors via email. The authors then have to revise as suggested by the reviewer no later than eight weeks upon notification. To prevent the plagiarism, all the article prior to publication will be checked the originality using Turnitin. Publication Frequency Jurnal ABDI is published twice a year in two times issues, Number 1-2 are scheduled for publication: January and June with fifteen article for each issue Open Access Policy This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Anti-plagiarism Policy All articles submitted to Jurnal ABDI must be the original work (free of plagiarism). The submitted article has never existed in any media and/or is not being or will be submitted in any media. The author is responsible for the authenticity of the submitted manuscript. All incoming articles will be checked for authenticity to prevent plagiarism by using Turnitin, anti-plagiarism software. Focus and Scope JBM Jurnal Bahasa Mandarin Jurnal Bahasa Mandarin aims to provide a platform for academics and researchers to publish high-quality research and analytical studies within the field of Chinese studies. The journal covers a broad spectrum of topics to foster a deeper understanding of the linguistic, literary, and cultural developments related to the Mandarin-speaking world. Jurnal Bahasa Mandarin is a scholarly journal managed by Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Mandarin, Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. The journal aims to publish research articles related to the Mandarin language in order to promote broader and more up-to-date developments in Mandarin studies in Indonesia. The scope of Jurnal Bahasa Mandarin includes: Mandarin Language Education, Chinese Linguistics, Chinese Literature, Chinese Historical Studies, Chinese Culture, and Contemporary China. Jurnal Bahasa Mandarin (JBM) adopts a publication policy of one volume per year, divided into two issues. Articles submitted in February, March, April, May, and June will be processed for publication in the January issue. Meanwhile, articles submitted in August, September, October, November, and December will be processed for publication in the July issue. About the JournalJurnal Barik is a scientific journal focused on Visual Communication Design. BIKOPEMA: Jurnal Bimbingan dan Konseling Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is a scientific journal published by Universitas Negeri Surabaya since 2025. It is a national level journal that covers many familiar problems or issues related to community services. The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of community services.

The Journal of Civic and Moral Studies has been accredited as a scientific journal by the Ministry of Research and Technology/National Research and Innovation Agency (Indonesia):  No. 152/E/KPT/ 2023 with the 4th Grade Accreditation (Sinta 4) Focus and Scope This journal is free (open access) for writers and readers. The contents of the journal focus on citizenship issues or problems, character education, and general values and ideals that develop in the country's society. The scope of the journal includes theoretical studies and research on social, political, legal and civic education, character and moral issues of the country's society. Withdrawal of Manuscripts General Policy of Article Withdrawal It is a general principle of scholarly communication that the editor of a journal is solely and independently responsible for deciding which articles submitted to the journal shall be published. In making this decision, the editor is guided by policies of the journal's editorial board and constrained by such legal requirements in force regarding libel, copyright infringement, and plagiarism.  An outcome of this principle is the importance of the scholarly archive as a permanent, historic record of the transactions of scholarship. Articles that have been published shall remain extant, exact, and unaltered as far as is possible. However, very occasionally circumstances may arise where an article is published that must later be retracted or even removed. Such actions must not be undertaken lightly and can only occur under exceptional circumstances. Article Withdrawal by Author(s) Author(s) are not allowed to withdraw an article that has been sent to JDMP because the withdrawal of the article wastes the resources, time, and effort that Editor and Peer-reviewer do in processing the article that has been submitted. If the author is still requesting the withdrawal of the article, the author will be punished in the form of ban on the submission of a manuscript for (maximum) 8 number (4 volume or 4 years) for the manuscript withdrawal in the review process. However, it is highly unethical to withdraw the manuscript that has been sent from a journal because another journal received it. The withdrawal of the Article after the manuscript accepted for publication is extremely unethical. The author will be given a punishment in the form of being banned on the submission of a manuscript for (maximum) 20 numbers (10 Volume or 10 years). Withdrawal of the manuscript in this policy includes the submission of the article revisions that exceed the time limit specified by the Editor and does not immediately notify the Editor and/or revise the manuscript. If the author did not revise the manuscript until the deadline without any confirmations, the Author can be banned for (maximum) 12 number (6 volume or 6 years). Authors who make more than one manuscripts withdrawal can be banned permanently. This banning may also be applied to the authors institution.
