Focus and Scope JSES is available for free (open access) to all readers. The articles in JSES include developments and researches in Sports and Exercise Sciences (theoretical studies, experiments, and its applications), including: Strength and Conditioning Strength and conditioning area focuses on research related to the development of strength, endurance, speed, agility, and physical capacity, including resistance training methods, plyometrics, weight training, and effective recovery strategies. Sports Coaching The sports coaching area emphasizes theories and practices of coaching, training strategies, periodization planning, team management, and evidence-based skill teaching methods to enhance athlete performance. Sports Biomechanics Sports biomechanics area examines the mechanics of human movement in the context of sports, including the analysis of forces, angles, movement patterns, and the use of technologies such as motion capture to optimize techniques and prevent injuries. Sports Physiology Sports physiology addresses the body’s responses and adaptations to physical activity, including cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, and neuromuscular functions, as well as the effects of aerobic and anaerobic training, nutrition, and hydration on performance. Sports Psychology Sports psychology discusses the mental and behavioral aspects of athletes, such as motivation, concentration, emotional regulation, and the application of mental skills training to improve mental toughness in competition. Sports Pedagogy Sport pedagogy focuses on the principles, methods, and practices of teaching and learning in sports and physical education, including curriculum design, instructional strategies, and the development of motor skills across various age groups and abilities. Sports Medicine  Sports medicine combines medical science and sports to prevent, diagnose, manage, and rehabilitate injuries, as well as to maintain athlete health and safety during training and competition. Peer Review Process Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Initial Review processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to the peer reviewers who are media in their fields and will go to the next selection by Double-Blind Peer Review Process. After that, the articles will be returned to the authors to revise. These processes take a month (four weeks) for a maximum time. In each manuscript, peer reviewer will be rated from the substantial and technical aspects.  The article could be: accepted without revision  accepted with minor accepted with major revision  rejected.  The peer review result will be notified to the authors via email. The authors then have to revise as suggested by the reviewer no later than eight weeks upon notification. To prevent the plagiarism, all the article prior to publication will be checked the originality using Turnitin   Open Access Policy This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Publication Frequency JSES is published twice a year in two times issues, Number 1-2 are scheduled for publication: March and September with ten articles for each issue. Publication Fees The entire publication process, from submission to publication, is completely free. Focus and Scope JBM Jurnal Bahasa Mandarin Jurnal Bahasa Mandarin aims to provide a platform for academics and researchers to publish high-quality research and analytical studies within the field of Chinese studies. The journal covers a broad spectrum of topics to foster a deeper understanding of the linguistic, literary, and cultural developments related to the Mandarin-speaking world. Jurnal Bahasa Mandarin is a scholarly journal managed by Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Mandarin, Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. The journal aims to publish research articles related to the Mandarin language in order to promote broader and more up-to-date developments in Mandarin studies in Indonesia. The scope of Jurnal Bahasa Mandarin includes: Mandarin Language Education, Chinese Linguistics, Chinese Literature, Chinese Historical Studies, Chinese Culture, and Contemporary China. Jurnal Bahasa Mandarin (JBM) adopts a publication policy of one volume per year, divided into two issues. Articles submitted in February, March, April, May, and June will be processed for publication in the January issue. Meanwhile, articles submitted in August, September, October, November, and December will be processed for publication in the July issue. BIKOPEMA: Jurnal Bimbingan dan Konseling Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is a scientific journal published by Universitas Negeri Surabaya since 2025. It is a national level journal that covers many familiar problems or issues related to community services.
